Its a crap performance phil. Its that simple.

This year was going to be different for AVB. That's what we kept reading..... As it turns out, it seems it isn't any different at all....they haven't even got the sand pit going yet.

Sure...the sector is on the nose, but the company has NOT reached its own targets - finance, and construction start up. Irrespective of copper price - AVB have failed to acheive its 2014 aspirations. But - none of that surprises me. I was told in 2013 that this mob would make a fool of me, and would be mining in 2014. But...same old tardiness. Tisk, tisk, tisk....

I'm sure the the cheer squad will put a positive spin on it all, but even they would be privately disappointed at the share price - especially with all that "topping up" that's been going on all year.

Hopefully they will make it big in time for the next once-in-a-century mining boom.....
