The company is so thinly traded that share price movement is almost nonsensical.
Clearly the departure of Cummins is making holders and buyers nervous.
Why did he leave "immediately" when his contract stated he must give 6 months notice?
Why did the board agree to pay him out the 6 months?
Did the board and Cummins have a different view of how to steer the company?
I just can't understand how and why he left so ubruptly. This concerns me greatly.
