Seems from my research which is admittedly very limited the air bnb threat which appears to be major reason for 50 % correction given growth prospects over next 10 years and current 5 % dividend is very much over blown .
Air BnB will not caniblize MTR as all infulatructur is in cities while Air BnB is generally outer suburbs .
This has made this company in my view attractive however I don't yet hold just need to work out a buy in price
