Mining downturn has hurt their Perth/Brisbane operations but Sydney doing well.
Don't think you'll get your 2.80 unless their is another Brexit/Clinton/Trump event. Its an easy to understand business with a solid pipeline of new assets to create growth. Once it gets in the low 3s it seems to get lots of interest again.
