Put SYA and AJM together and save on the listing costs. AJM has now secured funding for its core project, and SYA is progressing towards an upgrade 1+1 = 5 in my opinion.
Cannot see any downside for either shareholder if they bring the 2 parties together in a non cash merger that is fair to both parties.
Is there any non common directors that could introduce this ?
