you are making a very basic mistake of annualising the BRZ performance.

you state BRZ are trading at single figure PE ratio - true, 12 mths basis is single figure plus. last 6 mths is minus PE.

so, take this six mths and the next six mth guestimate and you have BRZ trading at a negative PE .

forget BRZ for the time being Munch - any company that goes from making $18mio in one six mth period, to losing $10mio in the next six mths has got serious problems.

no amount of playing on numbers can remove the fact that BRZ is in a tailspin.
