Can you back up your claim to scamming.???
The government tells the co what percentage they get to keep , how much the gov't gets in tax, and how much is returned to the punters.This is both for Lotto and Pokies. Given the highly regulated environment please tell me, and other posters about the 100 year scams, or shut up and f*off.
