NAB has approximately $29 Billion in net assets (book value). The current NAB market capitalization is approximately $44 Billion.
That is, NAB's share price has currently $15 bilion in goodwill for a very large business network with a large number of sophisticated systems and processes.
If it drops to $10 the market capitalization will be somewhere around $18 Billion. That's $10 billion less than its net assets.
Do you need need these facts in simpler terms?
Or you have inside knowledge that NAB will loose more than $20 billion in bad debts?
