The CEO has already stayed for six months. It's pretty harsh to expect more than that from him.
It's ultimately the board's fault that we don't have a replacement ready to go. In fact, appointing a CEO is their core responsibility. That's what annoys me about the Chairman, having messed up the process, stepping in on a 4-day per week, $500k per year basis...
