    You are being simplistic.

    A couple of points here:

    - 100m can be raised as part debt, part equity. Not all debt.

    - Minimum operating profit for year one is projected to be roughly 150m (1m tonnes RP at a minimum of AUD300 minus opex of AUD150).

    MAK has a large director ownership. IPL will probably not grab it for a song in either 6 months, or ever. The tragic thing is that some long term investors get stampeded out of the door because of fear.
