Read my previous post... icant see why there would be a move below 27.50 in this type of market environment where a recovery in the USA is becomming evident, and the aussie economy is robust with rates going up
PE of 16 for the best supermarket in the country is a joke if you know the european or US markets and on what PEs their top supermarket chains trades at
We have returns on equity of 27% and returns of equity+debt of 20%
That commands a higher Pe IMO as the business is unbelievable in terms of returns on whats invested
they keep growing EPS by a great lot each yr too fir such a business that is DEFENSIVE and has CERTAINTY of earnings
IMO PE should be higher given the fundamentals!
