The directors might have a dilemma. They have to include the shares in their taxable income at issue price of over 76c. They pay tax of 48.25% based on 76c. If the share price is halved, like it is going that way at the moment, they will have to sell the shares to pay the tax and will have nothing left. If the shares drop further, their tax bill will be more than the value of the shares. Could be some fun and games.
