    Well TERs SP is now showing potential to go sub 10c. Talk about a gold fish trying to swallow a whale with this offer. In real terms TER are now offering 19c a share for UNV comprised mainly of illiquid, debt laden script. I just dont think I can accept that offer. Thoughts anyone?????
