It just means Mr Cohen can sell now if he wants to. While in "escrow" they were essentially locked away and were not free for him to sell. Nevertheless, he would struggle to sell now, as would Forager, on market, as there is insufficient volume.
I struggle to value the equity of this company. The trail commisions are just too hard. I will buy more only if the executives or Forager buy.
