By starting with the share price of 8.7c, you're assuming the bad behaviour, investor reaction and potential for a class action isn't already factored into the share price.
Anyway, I think all that has been baked into the SP, and then some. Bought in at 8.8c. It could go to zero but I think this cigar butt has a few more puffs in it and assigned a higher probability towards that outcome than it going to zero.
