Its a bit ironic though isnt it that being directors they may not have money or have other investments thus not investing in it.
Though you can argue both ways.. plenty of companies have done well without directors owning major shares and plenty of companies have gone the opposite end with directors owning a lot of the company. Its just one of many indicators imo.
