I agree, there may not even be a direct insurance market once the RC is done and dusted. Regarding buying when directors on buying, imo that's not reliable indicator, there was one time I thought directors misjudged the value of their own company and directly bought after management sold and was correct, in my experience they're just as likely to be right as wrong. Look at Servcorp, the founder spend $1.6m since 2017 topping up his shares and SP declined 50% since then.
