No violent disagreement from me clogs on what you are saying.
However, begining at the end and working backwards .There is definately some risk out there while ever the rights issue is not completed.

The reason you would take up the rights issue is because you believe in the story and for large numbers its the only way to average down and build up a larger position without moving the price up . To anyone buying at 0.8 or0.9 Isay good luck to you andI admire your guts
I dont believe P.G will mind paying 2 cents gaurenteed as their first parcel was at 28cents [ I stand correcting on that]
It would not be possible to aquire "on market" more than a few million shares at current 0.8 to 2 cents cents without moving the price back to 2 cents very smartly. As volumes would indicate that something was afoot.
None of us would benifit by more dilution such as one for one or two for one.I think 0ne for two is dilution enough
Your first point and my last I cant answer about the "binding underwriting agreement"
