I am a long-term investor in this company. I have watched the value of my shareholdings plummet to less than half since the demerger. I was prepared to ride out any short/medium term cyclical variations, so long as they maintained regular dividends.
But I now have serious doubts about management’s direction. The company is shrinking and the share price is haemorrhaging.
They have made dubious capital management and strategic decisions. They appear to refuse to engage with shareholders.
Surely there must be some actions the directors can take to improve this whole range of situations.
