Inflammation underpins the vast majority of disease processes.
But why is this anti-inflammatory therapy all of a sudden going to cure "diseases caused by inflammation"?
Why hasn't prednisone done this? Why hasn't Aspirin done this? Why hasn't Tacrolimus done this?
"Inflammation" is much more complicated than "CRPs", it's a complex interconnected weaving of many different cell types and signalling pathways, and simply "decreasing inflammation through some mechanism" isn't going to cure everything.
It does sound great on paper though.
