    re: subscribers??? 20,000 + re BPL, everything looks great except for the Mb caps...what is the point of having terrific 200 Mbps, 1Mb/1Mb, if you use your 2000Mb in three days??? The 10c per Mb over limit charge will bite them unless they get an unlimited plan running.
