It's always easy to wise in hindsight. I agree only a fool would invest in a resource stock in an obvious long term downtrend.
I'm buying heavily into U stocks at the moment because chances are there will be an uptrend sometime in the next few years leading to big sp gains. U prices can't stay this low forever.
If you don think the U price will go back up to USD 50/60 then stay away from TOE.
