Reality is no one seems to care or notice the important financial details most of the time just speed reading the accounts, until someone in this case SGH suddenly wakes up during the due diligence and is successful at pointing it out. Unfortunately someone has possibly done an undeserved payback job on SGH maybe or is it all coincidental? , but all speculation on my part..
