An entity with a market-leading position and something like 200m active users in the US that can do the exact same service as you for 50% less doesn't buy out competition with only 1.8m users and absolutely no unique, competitively valuable or strategically important technology or IP. The real risk for holders is when this hits the canvas for a second time (and I experienced the drop to 35c myself), it may not get back up again. The run up $11.83 was largely fuelled by the 'johnny-come-lately' APT crowd and those thinking this was the next APT. It's not. Did you not notice that in the plummet down to 35c there wasn't a single new substantial holder notice? Unlike Tencent with APT. Nor did any major partners decide to buy in - e.g. no CBA with Klarna, no Westpac with Zip. Signs like this tell you something.
