how low does it have to go?

How low does the sp have to go until management realize that the lack of clarity over the funding for next phase of the company's development is not only hurting shareholders but making capital raising through a rights issue harder by the day? We bounced along at 1.3/1.4c today so what would be the likely price of new issue shares?

Neither my request of information on this (pre AGM) or my follow up has had a response.

At current burn rate, we run out of cash March/April 2013 and the way we are going the sp will be 1.0c by then.
