When is the deadline for the contract dispute with Samsung.
Shorters probably understand that company bias will update with any positive news.
So no news is potentially bad news.
The closer it gets to the, is it March 30th, with no market update, the more confident the shorters feel, that its going to be a negative outcome.
And lets be honest, if the outcome is bad, then the share price could still drop below current prices.
Just my opinion.
Its so hard to value these mining service companies net asset plays, when receivables might not be receivables.
