The discount for ACQ to NTA looks interesting. They have a track record in unlisted trusts and the area is interesting to me from a portfolio diversity point of view. Anyone think it will go lower?
The only comparison I have is with SOE when it was delisted by Soul Pat. They bought it out at about .16 when it was trading at .06 to .07. NTA was slightly above buy out price. That was in 2011 when all discounts were much lower (e.g. WAM was actually a discount).
Buy now or wait? Or given SOE's experience forget it?
