I agree this is really fishy, how many months have they been working on this and $17M is a lot to just 'loose' somewhere. I know the CEO roled but what about the CFO? THe underlying story could be much worse and the fact they haven't recommenced trading as stated tells me the rot is truely set in for this co. Unfortunately i hold a significant amount. SOL musn't bee to happy either look at thier price over the period due to this fiasco. I hope any of the management don't get to run any other co's. gross derelection of duty and holders have every right to take out a class action as they've been totally dishonest with the market and continuos disclosure obligations.
