It's possibly a basic over valuation issue, as RSG is making double the cash with a similar mine life and market cap, so either RSG is undervalued compared to PRU or PRU is overvalued compared to RSG, I think the latter ...
I'm waiting for the imminent correction then try and pick some up for under 1.50
