From a non-holder perspective, I also agree with your comments and would add that any decision by the longs to sell Prana formed on the basis of comments made by Dr. Classen from Summer Street Research Partners relating to old clinical data may be short-sighted.

Without making any serious allegations let's just say that this analyst doesn't have a very good reputation for getting things right, in both his medical career and stock market predictions.

It is in fact the same Dr. Classen who since 1996 has presented data to help fuel the anti-vaccine movement suggesting among his findings that vaccines were the largest cause of insulin dependent diabetes in children.

These data based on poor science which failed to follow standard study protocols have since been crushed by big data, however we should not be quick to forget about the rising number of deaths due to preventable disease as a direct result of these scare-mongering campaigners.
