DS felt more hollowed out (lean?) than JB.
My biggest concern was 10 minutes of anyone's time could have cleaned up the DS entrance at zero cost (this is inside their store) and I had to ask for help in their larger store. Those are retail 101 - entice people in, sell them stuff while there, make them want to come back. I'd only go back if just they had the widget I urgently needed.

I'm presuming they have invested in more promising states and stores - tomorrow will tell.
