Hi Whocareswc, In the rights issue information the projected share price through the dilution was dependent on the discount. The lowest price projected was $0.37.
I feel if that price is reached then that is the base for all future improvement in the share price.
Holding for the long term as Real estate has had a real kick in the guts , however R/Estate will return just like the share market will return to 6700 and beyond. Patience is required for long term benefit.
