I feel like someone is trying to load up, clearly not much...

I feel like someone is trying to load up, clearly not much volume available any given day, but seems there’s a lot of small orders dipping into the sell side ($5-$10) each time dropping share prices hoping a holder will dump into their lower priced buy orders, it’s clearly worked a bit, I’m really just waiting for an update, have topped up a couple time on the way down,
