I'm talking about PLS in 2017-2019 lithium prices took a turn and they had start up issues. I'm not sure if you had any interest in PLS back then but the iron content was a huge problem and they spend months trying to get recoveries/processes worked out. Getting the plant working correctly takes a lot of time.
LTR has additional risk compared to PLS back then. The logistics are much more complicated.
