From the chart AJA seems to be in a decent downward movement.
With strong dividends and a good NTA, i think it is a good buy, however the market does not agree with the share price being in a constant downward slide since the 50's.
The question is how low will it go? To me most REITs semmed to have topped out a few months back, probably due to people leaving higher risk stock and moving into more safer options.
I am keen to get in but the market depth is not looking good, trying to catch the knife is always hard, anybody got any ideas on low it will go?
