A question to the mining engineers out there :

When CCU stated in there 24th may press release that the ball mill will commence operation and commissioning on the 25th of may . Does the term COMMISSIONING mean that whilst there is a testing period , processing of the ore would be treated through the ball mill!

Am I correct , or does commissioning mean a full operational testing period and no ore that has been put to one side has been treated through the ball mill .
