I have had experience establishing, running, designing HR departments in large organisations. As I said before, their model is 100% sound. Cost to hire is even greater than what 1PG suggests. And when you look at things like succession planning, high risk assets, and things which 1PG haven't touched on so far, there is also room to product growth an innovation.
If there was another team at the helm with better ability to convey the vision to investors, and treat them properly then this would be a billion dollar company now, as investor would have been happy to pump more capital to achieve a more rapid realisation, rather than question EV.
The silly bint needs to wake up to herself and return to what she is good at, which I suspect is creating good ideas
