80-100k employee, agency and internal costs - 1PG about right with the hire cost estimates. If you end up with a good agency, who is good at filtering the turds, then 7k (mostly agency cost). It costs more don't have a good (cheaper) agency.

Management though.. lets say a 400k/year @ GM level, and wanting a precise set of capabilities and appropriate psychological aspects. You'd pencil in 50 grand to do that, but won't be suprised if you exceed it.

C Levels .. well there's a whole other industry for that
