It will turn around imo, from where is the question I seek answers for! The data is very useful for HR departments to use and recruit imo, well now that they have cleaned up the 1.1bln profiles to 300m+ that are fully enriched, they just simply shouldn't have gone to clients with out of date profile data which also took too long/was hard to compile for customers.
Their time will come down the track, it will be slower than some like but I think it will come, mending fences and proving worth is the game for now.
