It is the likes of WMC that ruins it for all other small caps. After the amount of shareholder capital destroyed. I'm not talking about punters that gambled buying on market. the Cap Raise participants. the ones that provide the company with real money. All BURNED.
It is going to take awhile for the market to get over this & the likes of DCN. Even RED have taken the piss. But hopefully KOTH comes good.
The point is, Mangy things the majority shareholders and in this case with RXL it is retail, are going to sit back and take dilution? no way brother.
I dare RXL to try. I double dare. They'll see what real SP destruction looks like.
There are options to monetize Grace that would barely see RXL spend a cent. They'll pocket some cash and they can do what they want with the $ as they please. If they can manage to get to complete the feasibility with the funds from Grace then that is what i'd say is generating value for shareholders.
the credibility of new management will be determined in their next steps. they need to remember that their shareholder base in mostly retail. so i don't think retail is a BULL that want to F with.
