Just speculation here Rox is historically late with its Q reports Perhaps it plans to answer the question in the Q financial report that asks how it plans to fund its operation going forward. But if the answer involves Venus forward paying their debt, Rox can't state that until the CR is complete and announced. Venus and Rox may have coordinated anns tomorrow, CR detail from Venus and Q financial from Rox. But Venus could be having a CR for any of its projects so there is no certainty in this.
