Well i got my response from ASIC today, so thumbs up to them on a speedy reply.
Although I'm sure its a standard reply, it makes me feel better as a shareholder to at the very least "feel" like someone is looking at this.
"ASIC conducts an assessment of every complaint we receive. The issues you have raised will receive careful consideration and have been recorded on our internal intelligence database"
The big boys in town (ie instos,brokers etc) just have too much influenece over a companies share price with the games they play in buying and selling shares using algos.
The only thing small guys like us can do is follow the waves up and down created by these big boys.
As for BMN, well its a shame 50c didn't hold but I'm not suprised. There has been very little support there.
Not sure why our market is down so much considering the DOW was up about 100 points at one stage but still closed in the green.
