Do you think they're playing off market transfer games with this stock? I'm a noob at understanding this shorting side of the market, so you'll have to excuse my ignorance but hopefully someone can help.
If I sold stock from my right hand to my left hand off market - does this have an impact on the share price?
If not; then does an entity have the ability to sell stock directly to another specified entity at a specified price (I.e. not on the open market, i suppose)?
If either is correct then all you need is 3 or 4 mates with a lot of money to get whatever small cap stock you want at a severe discount. As long as there is no back and forth trading then it'll be hard for the ASX to identify.
