Just curious: why do people believe we need a cap raising? we have plenty of cash to cover current liabilities and we have also refinanced the loan. is it something I am missing? I am making Photon 45% of my portfolio. They can cover their market cap with a sale of 1 company- Naked. Yes, we still have a bit of debt but also 20 odd businesses with the book value of over 400 mln. Even if we sell it with 20% sale loss, it will still give us an opportunity to pay our debts with over 100 mln remaining. So with very basic calculation we should be at least at 8 cents per share. It is the biggest bargain on the ASX.
