'I have been informed by the Company that "Due to the closeness of a NASDAQ listing, the SEC forbids solicitation to US investors that haven't be cleared with the 20-F disclosure document. This was picked up by Deutsche Bank and our US counsel. Whilst it is a technicality we can't take such a risk with the SEC".
This is why the webcast did not go ahead.'
