Doesn't look like making a close sub 30c .... current level may bw near the bottom of the retracement.
Such retracements, while disconcerting for those who don't recognise them for what they are, ... are actually quite healthy for the long term uptrend that PRR is demonstrating.
With the most nervous holders and day traders out this stock will bounce very strongly on any positive news flow ...imo
