Thats just the thing, there isn't a mass exodus and no dumping through fear that i can see. A good tree shake and get on with it would be better but that hasnt happened
(last few months) What is obvious is the lack of buyers. Its the buyers that are fear driven and thats why its sliding on low volume.
Now what would be prudent is to convince buyers to step up to PEN, that what stop the slide. however its a bit of a vicious circle , buyers dont see anyone else buying so they sit on there hands..
