    The onus for any sitting government (anywhere) is to ensure that there is sufficient capacity to conduct a timely and orderly count.

    With proper resources, 2 weeks should be sufficient IMHO given the postal delays.

    They know this is coming. They have had a lot of time to prepare. But have they?
