    I’ve been trying to work out the financing agreement with the US fund. I might be wrong but I am concerned the deal might be with a fund that consistently sells stock in the market. The reason I say that is a. the structure of the deal and b. the name of the structure- I failed to find an information when I searched a few months ago.

    As I say I might be totally wrong but would welcome any insights into the US fund providing the backing.
