Hey Rubi As usual i think you and I can have some decent and respectful debate and dialogue. One point here you mentioned is worthy of noting.
Whether major holders will do something about management? Thats the kicker isn't it, because it would seem the logical thing to do; but if it hasn't happened yet; i think people need to take this possibility out of their thinking - those major shareholders must somehow want to keep RH there. Maybe it is a plan to let the share price go as low as possible then Mega swoops in and takes it all out for a steal? Maybe there is a better reason. Whatever the reason, they won't be the white knight that many want them to be. That just seems to be where we are at. So any holders that are investing on that basis probably need to rethink their investment thesis.
